Building starts in the mind – and with the right preparation. For our TU-/GU structural engineering projects in the Zurich region, we are looking for a committed individual who will significantly shape our projects during the tender phase and execution.
In this role, you will be part of our specialist team and work closely with project management, cost calculation, and execution – with the aim of ensuring a well-thought-out, realistic, and economical construction process.
Your responsibilities
During the tender phase
• You create schedules and construction sequences for complex structural engineering projects
• You develop site layout plans and logistics concepts
• You work out project structures and organisational charts
• You support technical design and tender processing
During realisation
• You continuously detail and develop the schedule
• You monitor construction progress and perform target-actual comparisons
• You identify risks early and optimise the construction process
Construction logistics & organisation
• You plan site logistics, material flows, and infrastructure
• You connect construction process, resources, and logistics into holistic concepts
• You ensure efficient processes throughout the entire construction process
Why you will succeed
• Education in construction (e.g. structural draughtsperson, technician HF, civil engineer)
• Several years of experience in structural engineering, ideally in the TU-/GU environment
• Experience in site management or AVOR is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of scheduling (MS Project, Primavera or similar)
• Analytical, structured thinking and high personal responsibility
• Fluent German skills, English is an advantage
