About the job

The restaurant the flow is the ideal place for a private or business lunch in an exceptional atmosphere in the heart of the city of Bern - and the perfect setting for events of up to 300 people. It is located in the centrally situated Welle7 near Bern station, which combines enjoyment, business and education under one roof.

Important notes: Working hours from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 20:00, no split shifts, 42-hour week.

What you will achieve

• Implementation and compliance with standards/recipes as well as acceptance and proper storage of deliveries
• Mise-en-place for your own station as well as preparation and cooking of dishes
• Co-responsibility for a smooth service process in coordination with kitchen and service while complying with HACCP regulations

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Cook
• Professional experience: Experience in a similar position
• Friendly, open and communicative manner as a team player
• Flexible, service-oriented and team-capable working style with a high awareness of quality
• German (C1)
