To strengthen our team for the summer season, we are looking for a motivated and open-minded person from now or by arrangement until October 31, 2026, for our restaurant CHOCHTOPF in the Jungfrau Hotel in Wilderswil.
Tasks to be done
- Assisting in guest catering (à la carte, production, and group catering)
- Goods receipt, mise en place, proper handling of food
- Support in guiding accompanied employees in work-pedagogical matters in the kitchen area
- Compliance with regulations regarding hygiene, quality, and occupational safety
What we expect from you
- Completed professional training as a cook
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Swiss gastronomy
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- You work efficiently, goal-oriented, flexibly, and keep an overview in hectic situations
- Creativity as well as precise production are as natural to you as independent and organized work
