For our client, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ for a modern medical facility in the public sector in Zollikon (Switzerland). The organisation is well established, hands-on managed and places great value on quality-oriented, respectful care.

Your Tasks

• Providing 1:1 care and close support to patients in everyday life
  
• Assisting with basic and treatment care according to the care concept and medical instructions
  
• Ensuring structured and safe care in a psychiatric environment (psychiatric experience advantageous)
  
• Documenting care services and observations according to internal standards
  
• Active collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, care, therapy, doctors)
  
• Communication with patients and relatives - German and English speaking
• Contributing to the implementation of quality and safety measures

Your Profile

• Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in private care or comparable intensive reference care
  
• Fluent English skills for communication in daily nursing (at least B2)
  
• Good observational skills and confident handling of changes in health status
  
• Sense of responsibility, empathy and professional conduct in demanding situations
  
• Confident documentation practice and understanding of nursing standards
  
• Team spirit and respectful collaboration in an interdisciplinary environment
  
• Independent and responsible working style
  
• Well-groomed appearance
