The Finance & Management department is offering a position of
Clothing Store Manager
Your mission
Reporting to the Head of General Services, you will be responsible for managing the professional clothing store (Operations – Commercial – Technical). You will support internal clients by providing equipment adapted to their needs, in compliance with current PPE and QSE standards. As a true local contact, you will advise employees on their clothing choices, manage stock, report replenishment needs, and ensure the regular stocking of the store.
Your main responsibilities
- Contribute to defining the objectives of the activity area and ensure their achievement,
- lead or participate in work sessions within the business areas of your scope to inform, analyze potential needs or common interest problems, and identify improvement actions,
- ensure rigorous stock management (receipt, monitoring, replenishment),
- take measurements for the provision of professional clothing,
- continuously adapt to product, market, and price developments,
- manage annual equipment orders for all employees,
- organize the collection and distribution of uniforms during arrivals, inter-department transfers, and employee departures,
- ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements related to your area of activity,
- handle the administrative follow-up of orders.
Your profile
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification,
- minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in store management and logistics (stock management),
- rigorous, organized, and structured in your work,
- good knowledge of purchasing policy, personal protective equipment (PPE) standards, and mastery of related SQSE procedures,
- good listening and communication skills,
- proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office,
- a strong customer service orientation,
- good knowledge of an ERP system, SAP is an asset.
