Are you a fiduciary with a federal diploma / Junior Mandate Manager and already have 2 years of professional experience in the field and are looking for a new challenge at 80-100% workload?

Our client is an established fiduciary company in the Basel region and serves private individuals as well as international clients in the areas of fiduciary services, accounting and taxes, and business consulting. A trusted contact for private individuals and entrepreneurs. To strengthen the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a fiduciary with a federal diploma (80–100 %). You can expect a varied activity as well as the opportunity for professional deepening and specialisation in the fiduciary and tax area. Your tasks with the new employer:

• Independent management of accounting for legal entities and natural persons as well as the preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Processing payment transactions and conducting professional communication with clients, authorities and financial institutions
• Implementation of administrative processes for companies and foundations
• Competent handling of payroll accounting, preparation of tax returns and strategic advice on tax and financial planning

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed commercial training and further education as a fiduciary with a federal diploma
• You have 5 years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office – IT affinity and precision are your strengths
• You have fluent German or French, good English skills are warmly welcomed
• Strong service orientation and the ability to remain confident and organised when dealing with complex issues
