Facility Services Director (a) 100%- Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of all hospitality and facility services
- Ensuring an outstanding guest and customer experience across all service touchpoints
- Active development, maintenance and further development of long-term customer relationships at management level
- Advising demanding customers on operational and tactical issues with a focus on service excellence and continuous optimisation
- Leading and developing a team of around 60 employees with a focus on service culture, hospitality and professionalism
- Optimising processes and workflows to ensure a consistently high level of hospitality
- Responsibility for budgeting, controlling, reporting as well as professional contract and supplier management
- Managing sales activities and actively supporting the implementation of new customers and services
- Coordinating additional orders and special services for demanding customer needs
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in 5* hotels, facility management or high-quality service environments
- Strong strategic service and customer orientation as well as experience in dealing with demanding key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels
- High leadership competence, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Structured, entrepreneurial and results-oriented working style as well as strong organisational and conceptual thinking
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Digital affinity and confident use of modern tools
