As a Product Development Manager at Medgate, you develop new telemedical services from the idea to the market. You are responsible for your own workstreams, test new care models in pilot projects, and bring them into regular operation together with medicine, technology, and partners. What we can offer you

• Further development of existing and conception of new (digital) health services for the Swiss market
• Independent management of individual workstreams, subprojects, and pilot projects, from conception to launch
• Preparation of market analyses, business cases, and decision templates for management
• Development of requirements and specifications (PRDs) as a basis for medical and technical implementation
• Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs as well as derivation of concrete measures
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, from medicine, medical compliance, and IT to insurers, cantons, and service providers

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, health sciences, or a health profession
• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system (service providers, health insurance, or consulting) and solid understanding of KVG, OKP, and the stakeholder landscape
• Experience in customer-centred development of services or digital products
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise in a structured way in a dynamic environment
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills
• Initial experience with the use of AI applications in everyday work and interest in further developing these for digital health solutions
• Communicative, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial personality with joy in interdisciplinary collaboration, high flexibility, and resilience
• Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
