Audiovisual Engineer

Your team

Pictet Tech design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

The Workplace Audio-Visual team designs, operates and continuously improves audiovisual spaces (the auditorium and premium meeting rooms), working closely with IT and events teams to deliver high-end experiences.

Your role

• Operate and maintain a high-end auditorium and premium AV spaces


• Support events such as hybrid town halls, conferences, corporate events, performances and concerts.


• Manage AV systems (audio, video, lighting, streaming).


• Prepare, configure and test technical setups in advance.


• Provide on-site technical support during events.


• Troubleshoot issues in real time.


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers.


• Ensure an optimal experience for speakers and participants.

Your profile

• Strong hands-on AV technical expertise.


• Experience in live events and auditorium environments.


• Ability to work under pressure in live situations.


• Service-oriented and proactive mindset.


• Flexible and adaptable.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).


• Swiss residency or willing to relocate.
