Your main tasks
- Professional care and support of our residents
- Proper execution of prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Taking over daily coordination
- Co-responsible for implementing the nursing service mandate
- Ensuring the nursing process using BESA & easyDok
What you bring with you
- Motivation to work in a long-term care institution (open, protected wards or on the ward with AÜP)
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Interest in further education and training
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good digital skills for daily electronic administration with BESA, easyDOK and common Office programmes
- Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete this
- Professional experience in a long-term care institution is an advantage
