For our client in Volketswil, Canton Zurich, we are looking for a specialist HF to support the establishment of a private Spitex operation, as Head of Psychiatric Nursing Service (80%-100%) Our vision – warm, professional and reliable care for our clients at home.Your tasks:
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the nursing service
- Leadership, promotion and support of the nursing team
- Conducting team meetings, case discussions and employee appraisals
- Professional support in complex psychiatric situations
- Responsibility for nursing quality as well as compliance with legal and internal quality standards
- Further development of internal processes and outpatient psychiatric care
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH
- At least 2 years in the psychiatric field after completing training
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric nursing
- Leadership experience or corresponding leadership training advantageous
- BEPSY permit (qualification for needs assessment in psychiatry) as well as BAB (professional practice permit) advantageous
- Driving licence category B
