For our locations Chur, Zurich, St. Gallen or Winterthur we are looking for a committed and responsible individual from 1 November 2026 as
Specialist in Personal Insurance 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Support of corporate clients (in writing, by phone, in person)
- Support of sales staff in technical matters
- Market tenders and contract renewals in the field of daily sickness and accident insurance for corporate clients
- Invoice control, declarations
- Payroll deductions, exit information, insurance regulations, information sheets
- Participation in customer-related and technical projects
- Training of new team members
- Co-supervision and training of apprentices
You bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience in the personal insurance sector with an insurer or broker is an advantage
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the insurance industry
- Further training as an insurance specialist with a federal certificate or VBV intermediary is a must
- High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
- Quick comprehension, independent and precise working style
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, fluent written English skills are an advantage, additional languages are a plus
