Your main tasks:

• Responsible for quality issues within the series including approval and decision on quality
• Conducting series-accompanying tests and approval of processes as well as components during production startups
• Training and instruction of employees on the defined work procedures
• Participation and execution of product and process audits
• Input and evaluation of series-accompanying tests in Q software (SPC evaluation, TIG)
• Supervision of selected measuring instruments and measuring microscope in the area of sensory articles
• Authorization to block product parts and, if necessary, stop production equipment if part quality is not ensured
• Communication of quality-relevant information to the corresponding internal contacts
• Execution of necessary Q tests and measurements
• Ensuring the required documentation (products, quality, etc.)

Your skills:

• Technical basic training is an advantage or many years of professional experience in product quality
• Knowledge in creating Q-relevant documentation
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949 and VDA 6.5 and 6.3) is an advantage
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Teamwork skills and a strong sense for dealing with customers, suppliers, and employees
• Confident appearance
• Assertiveness adapted to the requirements
