What to expect with us

As a site manager, you take responsibility for your construction sites and, together with your installation team, ensure that our projects are successfully implemented.

• You realise exciting new build and refurbishment projects in residential, commercial, and industrial construction
• You take on the technical leadership of your installation team and are the first point of contact on site
• You organise and coordinate the work on site while keeping an eye on quality, deadlines, and smooth processes
• You take responsibility for your projects and construction sites and are given the necessary freedom to work independently and make decisions
• You work closely with our project managers and other internal and external contacts
• You can expect a varied leadership role where your experience, ideas, and organisational talent are in demand

What you bring

For this role, we are looking for a person who understands their craft, enjoys taking responsibility, and keeps an overview even when several things are happening simultaneously on site.

• Completed vocational training as a heating installer EFZ, sanitary installer EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in new build and refurbishment
• Enjoyment and experience in leading teams on medium and large construction sites
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident reading and understanding of plans and schematic diagrams
• Job-specific further training, for example as a site manager, chief installer, or master craftsman, is an advantage but not a must
• In the heating sector, welding experience and knowledge in weld seam assessment are advantageous
• Very good German skills for secure communication on site
