The Lanzeln Retirement Home is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and has been awarded the "Quality in Palliative Care" label. Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake with views of the mountains, we offer a lovely home to 136 residents. We provide person-centred, resource-oriented care based on the principles of palliative care.

We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement

Care Assistant SRK or Care Assistant AGS 60 - 80% (fixed-term for six months)

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care, support and supervision of residents
• Careful documentation of care and support services according to RAI guidelines
• Recording of services and material consumption
• Carrying out vital sign checks and blood sugar measurements (SRK with proof of competence)
• Early recognition of changes in health status and forwarding relevant information to the responsible specialists

You bring with you

• Basic training as Health and Social Assistant EBA or Care Assistant with SRK certificate
• Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly people
• Ideally several years of experience in long-term care
• High level of motivation, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented personality as well as flexibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
