You are looking for a fixed-term position for one year and work carefully and reliably? Then support our team in the trust medical service with a variety of administrative tasks. A special focus is on processing mail and emails.

What to expect
- You process incoming mail and emails reliably and efficiently.
- You scan incoming documents, process them further, and ensure proper filing.
- You compile related documents and ensure correct allocation.
- You support the team in daily business and take on additional administrative tasks.
What you bring
- You have completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field, or have a secondary school leaving certificate.
- You work precisely, reliably, and responsibly.
- You enjoy administrative tasks and bring team spirit.
- You remain focused and keep an overview even with recurring tasks.
- You have good German language skills.
- You are confident with digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications.

- You have a 41-hour week and can work part-time or flexibly. For selected tasks, you can regularly work from home.
