Group Tax Manager (m/f/d)
In this role, you will advise the group companies and internal stakeholders on national and international corporate tax matters. You assess the tax implications of business activities, organisational changes and cross-border transactions and develop practical solutions. Another focus is on the support and further development of transfer pricing topics. You design intra-group structures and agreements and accompany their implementation within the group. In addition, you contribute to tax planning and reporting, identify tax risks and derive appropriate measures. You have a university degree or a comparable qualification and bring extensive experience in
international corporate taxation and transfer pricing
gained at an internationally active company or in tax consultancy. We expect further training as a certified tax expert, tax advisor or a comparable qualification. You analyse complex issues confidently, work independently and understand how to reconcile different interests within an international organisation. You communicate fluently in English.
