About the Position

In this role, you initially accompany experienced project managers, support them in planning and coordination, and take on initial project tasks. Here you help shape the energy infrastructure of tomorrow – whether new construction or conversion, you develop solutions for projects that require engineering and clever planning. The long-term goal is independent project management with versatile development opportunities!

Your Tasks

• Project Support & Planning: You relieve experienced senior project managers in exciting sub-projects and grow into your role.
• Construction & Design: You plan and define the technical implementation of construction projects directly in the drawing system.
• Detailed Planning of Cable Construction: You create detailed designs, such as the precise planning when replacing power poles.
• Project Definition Phase: You actively accompany important infrastructure projects from the first technical definition to implementation.
• Technical Documentation: You write precise and structured project documentation to ensure a smooth process.

Requirements

• Education: Successfully completed degree (B.Sc.) as an electrical or civil engineer.

• Professional Experience: Ideally, you already have some knowledge in the field of cable construction and high voltage or are interested in it.

• Languages: Fluent German (C1) as well as good English skills (B2).

• Soft Skills: You are structured, eager to learn, show high initiative and have a stable, reliable personality.
