Trainee Specialist in Operational Maintenance with a Focus on House Services.

Zumikon is a very beautifully located suburban community of the city of Zurich with around 5,700 inhabitants. The Department of Real Estate is offering a training position as a Specialist in Operational Maintenance EFZ, with a focus on House Services starting in August 2026. As a team member of the House Services, you will be in service to our community daily and ensure optimal maintenance of the infrastructure. The tasks are very diverse and interesting. During the three-year training, you will rotate between the school buildings, the sports hall, the community center, the community hall, and various municipal properties. Areas of responsibility:
- Maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities,
- Monitoring of building technology and minor repairs,
- Use of devices and machines such as lawn mowers and various cleaning machines,
- Maintenance and cleaning of devices, machines, and vehicles. We offer you:
