• Appreciative care and support of the residents either in the Martin Centre or in Sonnmatt
• Independent and competent execution of basic care
• Assistance with domestic tasks

• Completed training as Health and Social Assistant (EBA) or completed SRK course with completed internship as well as
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Team player, open communication
• Resilience
• Flexibility in work planning
• Good knowledge of German
