Sennhütte Zug – A leadership role with professional depth and scope for creativity

The Sennhütte is a specialised institution for addiction therapy on the Zugerberg. We support people with dependency disorders on their path to as self-determined a life as possible. In doing so, we combine psychotherapeutic treatment with social psychiatric and social therapeutic thinking and take into account the entire life situation of our clients.

You want to work psychotherapeutically, take on responsibility and actively help shape the therapeutic development of an institution? Then we look forward to hearing from you.

Your task

You will assume overall professional responsibility for the therapeutic direction of the Sennhütte and lead our team of psychotherapy as well as art and creative therapy. As a member of the management team, you will work closely with the executive management and contribute to the professional and strategic development of the institution.

Your focus areas

• Professional and personnel leadership of the psychotherapy team
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of our therapeutic offerings
• Further development of therapeutic concepts together with the executive management
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration with social pedagogy, social work and work therapy
• Participation in direct therapeutic work with clients
• Involvement in overarching professional and operational issues

Your profile

• University degree in psychology as well as federally recognised further training in psychotherapy
• Several years of psychotherapeutic professional experience, ideally in the field of dependency disorders
• Enjoyment of leadership tasks and the development of organisations
• A resource-oriented, pragmatic and reflective therapeutic attitude
• Preferably a cognitive-behavioural orientation as well as experience with or interest in DBT/emotion regulation, trauma-sensitive and mindfulness-based approaches
• The ability to bring together different perspectives and take responsibility
• Humanity, humour and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
