Tasks

• You record customer data, create daily cards and update the customer base
• You accept empties and returns and check entries
• You manage the telephone switchboard as well as information and brochure areas
• You handle debt collection efficiently and complete the cash register accounting correctly
• You greet our customers warmly and ensure a professional first impression
• You take on additional tasks around reception and service wherever needed

Requirements

• Completed training in retail or the food industry (e.g. cook, baker, butcher)
• You work reliably, efficiently and have a neat appearance
• You are proficient in MS Office
• You approach people openly and enjoy customer contact
• You are resilient and remain friendly even in hectic moments
• You speak fluent German and enjoy working in a team
