In cable production, the extrusion team needs reinforcement. We are looking for a foreman (m/f), 100%, to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Personnel deployment planning and coordination together with the supervisor
• Technical support for the assigned machine operators
• Monitoring production processes at the machines and initiating appropriate measures in coordination with the supervisor
• Monitoring compliance with quality requirements
• Conducting audits with internal and external parties
• Disposition of consumables and aids
• Responsible for the maintenance of machines and all necessary work equipment
• Ensuring compliance with operational regulations and safety instructions

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training in a technical field, professional experience as a machine operator
• Good knowledge of processes in cable production
• Ability to quickly and correctly recognise even complex contexts in cable production
• High commitment, strong quality awareness and willingness to work in 3-4 shift operations
• Good MS Office skills
• Balanced, sociable and team-oriented personality with good assertiveness
