You will work within the Transport and Territories Business Line which covers Egis Group’s key areas in transport projects, mobility and land development. Our Business Line (BL) specialises in consulting and engineering, grouping activities: - Rail: Railways, Metro, Bus, Tram, cable transport, - City Road and Mobility: roads, urban infrastructure and development, multimodal mobility and associated systems, - Major Civil Engineering Structures: Tunnels, Civil Engineering Structures, Geotechnics, Ports.
Our Egis Civil Engineering Structures segment provides study or assistance services to internal or external clients, in France and internationally, for common and uncommon civil engineering structures of all types (reinforced concrete, prestressed, metallic, mixed, Bow-string, arch, cable-stayed, suspension bridges...) whether classic or exceptional.

Metro system integration project manager including CBTC, rolling stock and other transport system components.

We are recruiting a senior System Project Manager in the railway transport field.
You will be involved in design and construction monitoring missions.
As part of our activities for the renovation and realisation of a metro project, you have the dual mission of supporting overall technical success and its contractual management and monitoring:
- This technical contribution applies to all project phases, in expertise and production, with a profile and level of involvement adapted. Starting from your technical field, you will broaden your intervention with support to the entire transport system, including interfaces with civil engineering, and the implementation of system engineering processes. In particular, you ensure the technical coordination of deliverables, participate in design reviews and other technical reviews (including VISAS), and monitor critical issues by providing necessary support to project teams.
- Contractual management and monitoring, with the support of the supervising director, covers the administrative and financial aspects of the intellectual services contract: contract monitoring, direct interface with the client, production of indicators, preparation and negotiation of quotes for possible additional services, financial monitoring, management of production, organisation and resources assigned to the project (~4-5 full-time equivalents). You are responsible for ensuring the application of our production processes within the project scope.
You also participate in cross-technical capitalisation and continuous improvement actions of our tools and practices.
Qualifications
You are an engineer or hold a Master’s degree in System training (electricity, electronics, computer science) with around 10 to 15 years’ experience in design and/or construction of railway infrastructures, whether on new lines or in operational sites.
Specialist in a core system domain (CBTC, PCC, Telecom, Signalling, etc.)
You also have a good understanding of associated interfaces and the overall challenges of the transport system.
You have proven your ability to work in a team and to manage teams and projects.
You have experience and project management within a contract including intellectual services, ideally in project management or project owner assistance with a technical dimension.
You prioritise tasks and have good communication, writing and spelling skills.
Fluency in English is essential, a second foreign language is a plus.
