At St. Mauritius, we accompany 63 residents through their daily lives. Holistic care and support are at the centre for us – with the aim of ensuring a high personal and individual quality of life. Our house is divided into two wards, each with its own responsible ward manager.

For the night shift, we are looking for a specialist who enjoys working independently and keeps an overview in both calm and demanding moments.

What you bring

• Diploma as FaGe EFZ or as a nursing specialist (HF, FH, DN II, AKP)
• Broad expertise and solid experience in long-term care
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Natural assertiveness
• Flexibility and openness to new things
• Commitment, professional competence and resilience
