To complete the General Management secretariat team, we are looking for a
Administrative Employee (80%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for provides administrative, organizational, and operational support to the General Management Assistant, thus contributing to ensuring the efficiency of the secretariat activities of the General Management.
They are a person with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, precise, flexible, and endowed with a strong sense of responsibility. They are able to work independently and in a team, managing multiple activities simultaneously and correctly defining priorities. They demonstrate discretion, reliability, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, communicating clearly and effectively with interlocutors at different levels.
The person must be able to manage correspondence and phone calls, and coordinate information to promote a structured and timely communication flow.
Main responsibilities include managing and organizing documentation in digital format, supporting the preparation of documents and dossiers, as well as the operational coordination of meetings, appointments, and agendas. Furthermore, they must actively collaborate with various internal and external services and interlocutors, offering transversal support to administrative activities. The person will also take on specific tasks based on the operational needs of the General Management.
Required qualifications:
- Federal certificate of competence as a commercial employee (or equivalent qualification);
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English will be considered a plus;
- Excellent command of the main IT and digital tools applied to secretarial activities (Office package);
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered a plus;
- Interpersonal skills, mediation skills, discretion, and confidentiality;
- Work flexibility and orientation towards continuous change.
