Our insured include, among others, employees of the canton of Graubünden, public-law institutions, municipalities, schools, and institutions from the health and social sectors. This diversity makes our work varied and provides exciting and challenging questions every day.

For our pension team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented individual as a Customer Advisor in Pension Provision to start immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you are the first point of contact for our insured persons, employers, and pensioners. If suitable and interested, we offer you the opportunity to develop into a specialist. In doing so, you will take on additional specialist responsibilities.

Your area of responsibility

• You independently and professionally process the pension transactions of our insured persons (entries and exits, salary and employment level changes, divorces, home ownership promotion, buy-ins, retirements)
• You provide committed support to our insured persons, employers, and pensioners in German and ideally in another official language
• You support the pension team in cases of disability and death in cooperation with our reinsurance
• You actively contribute to the further development of processes and digital channels

What we expect from you

• Commercial training
• Experience in occupational pension provision or social insurance is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills and knowledge of other cantonal languages
• Independent, precise and reliable working style with a high level of quality awareness and resilience during peak times
• Enjoyment of open and respectful collaboration in a small team
• Digital affinity
