You support the branch management in the following tasks.
- Leading the team
- Organising work shifts
- Implementing the HACCP hygiene concept
This is what you bring with you:
- Basic training as a retail specialist or as a restaurant specialist, or in-depth experience in one of these areas
- Team spirit: For you, it is natural to communicate with your team about work and to complete tasks as a team
- First leadership experience and basic knowledge of baked goods are an advantage
- Willingness and motivation to take on responsibility and develop into branch management
- Flexibility regarding work shifts, we are open 7 days a week
- Reliability and willingness to take personal responsibility, as well as to think ahead in everyday life
- Willingness to learn: You are open to learning and implementing new things
- Enjoyment of daily customer contact
