Dipl. Nurse HF 80%.

• Daily care and support during the day and, if necessary, at night: You ensure professional and individual care so that our residents feel well looked after around the clock.
  Promotion of autonomy: By carrying out RAI assessments, you actively contribute to promoting and maintaining the independence of our residents.
  Emergency management: You recognise emergency situations early and confidently initiate the necessary measures.
  Kinaesthetic care: You actively apply the kinaesthetic approach in caring for our residents to support their mobility.
  Care documentation: You independently, carefully and comprehensively maintain the electronic care documentation.

• Qualification: You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP.
• Professional experience: You have solid professional experience in inpatient long-term care as well as in dealing with people with dementia.
• Language skills: You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• RAI knowledge: Ideally, you already have knowledge in the application of RAI, especially in the classification of dementia patients.
• Organisational skills: You are characterised by your organisational talent and your ability to structure and manage the working day efficiently.
