Role:
You combine technical expertise with enjoyment of customer contact and want to contribute to the quality and hygiene of ventilation systems? In this versatile role, you will look after existing customers, acquire new ones, and develop suitable cleaning and hygiene solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conducting customer inspections and on-site consultations
Active acquisition of new customers as well as support of existing customers
Handling complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Preparation and follow-up of cleaning and hygiene offers
Calculation and processing of tenders
Conducting hygiene inspections as well as operation and hygiene training of categories A/B
Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in the field of building technology, specialising in ventilation
Several years of professional experience in building services engineering
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Team-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality with networked thinking
Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
