About the job

• Shape large and complex topics (EPICS / projects) in the area of business applications and IT at BFH
• Lead projects according to the project mandate
• Analyze and design business processes, create business cases, define Minimal Viable Product (MVP) including responsibility to lead the project through Kanban
• Gather and analyze the needs of (internal) customers as well as develop and evaluate solution options (studies, preliminary analyses)
• Interface function between various stakeholders such as business owners, product management, product owners, and customers

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable education and training
• Several years of experience in business analysis, agile environment such as SAFe and/or Scrum is an advantage
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• High technical flair, strong negotiation skills, and a healthy amount of assertiveness
• Reliable personality with good communication skills and enjoyment in analyzing and designing business processes
