Landscape Gardener EFZ (m/f/d)

The Gesundheitszentrum Fricktal (GZF) AG, with its 11 locations, ensures basic medical care for around 80,000 people in the region. Our acute hospitals and long-term care facilities are complemented by the Fricktal emergency service, general practitioner practices, outpatient specialist consultations, and other specialised health services. For the care and further development of our attractive garden and park areas, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual.

You will be responsible for

• Maintaining, designing, and planting all garden and park areas at our locations
• Planning and independently carrying out seasonal planting and maintenance work
• Managing, maintaining, and servicing our entire machinery and equipment fleet
• Developing the maintenance concept together with the Head of Technology and optimising existing processes
• Supporting the Technical Service during the winter months with building maintenance work
• Participating in the on-call service at the Laufenburg site

You bring with you

• A completed apprenticeship as a Landscape Gardener EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the maintenance of larger parks or green areas
• An interest in building technology topics and manual skills that go beyond horticulture
• Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
• The ability to work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take responsibility
• A category B driving licence
• Willingness to take on on-call duties
• Willingness to regularly work between the Laufenburg and Rheinfelden locations (initially mainly Laufenburg)
