Deputy Team Leader Dementia 80–100 %
- 08 October 2026
- 80 – 100%
- Permanent position
About the job
You understand dementia care as relationship work and would like to take on leadership at the same time? In this role, you actively shape care, teamwork, and the daily lives of the residents.
For an established long-term care institution in Bern, we are looking for a Deputy Team Leader Dementia 80–100 % immediately or by arrangement. Here, older people with various care and support needs find a home where self-determination, safety, and quality of life are central.
Special attention is given to supporting people with dementia. Instead of rigid procedures, individual needs, existing resources, and professional relationship building are the focus. You can expect a well-organised operation with various residential and care options, clear structures, and an interprofessional environment. The location in Bern is very well accessible by public transport.
Ready not only to contribute but to help shape? Then we look forward to your online application. If you have any questions, you can easily reach us at +41 31 310 98 90. We look forward to getting to know you!
