What to expect
- Picking orders according to order specifications (Pick-to-Pack) and preparing goods for the further shipping process
- Performing special tasks such as breaking down and compacting containers
- Checking items for accuracy as well as verifying quantities and quality
- Ensuring orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace
- Adhering to our safety standards as well as internal company and legal regulations
- Environmentally conscious behaviour and active support of environmental awareness within the team
- Carrying out general, job-specific tasks as instructed by the supervisor and reporting weaknesses and errors to the team leader or deputy team lead
What you bring
- Ideally completed training in logistics
- Initial experience in logistics or a comparable role is desirable; career changers are also welcome
- Basic knowledge of computers and digital work tools
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Reliable, careful and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to work weekly rotating shifts (early shift approx. 05:00 to 13:30, late shift approx. 13:30 to 22:00/23:00, including Saturday shifts). Mobility is required for this.
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of an active role involving regular standing and carrying goods
