Neurology Clinic Hirslanden Zurich - Zurich

Your area of responsibility

• You welcome and care for our patients at reception, on the phone and by email
• You plan and organise consultations and coordinate appointments between outpatient and inpatient departments
• You handle reporting – without typing from dictation
• You manage the fully digital medical records (curaMED) – we do not use paper files
• You help prepare and participate in the daily morning briefing
• You perform blood draws – if you have not done this before, we will teach you carefully
• You assist with examinations (FEES, lumbar punctures)
• You hand out examination devices to patients and instruct them
• You support organisational tasks around the daily practice and occasionally represent us in our other centres

Your profile

• Qualification as MPA or medical secretary H+, ideally with initial professional experience – knowledge of neurology is a plus but not a requirement
• Enjoyment in contact with patients and referrers – friendly and competent, even when it gets busy
• Organisational talent, quick comprehension and an eye for what needs to be done
• Confident use of digital tools and electronic medical records
• Desire to take on more responsibility over time – for example in organisation, training new colleagues or developing our processes
• Fluent German; additional languages are a plus but not a requirement
