What you achieve

• Ensuring the greatest possible technical availability of production facilities and infrastructure while considering legal, safety, hygiene, and economic aspects
• Planning, preparation, coordination, monitoring, and follow-up of reactive maintenance (fault hotline/immediate orders) as well as preventive maintenance
• Creating and optimising maintenance plans and their complete and traceable documentation of planned and executed measures
• Coordinating appointments for preventive maintenance with production
• Timely initiation of measures, especially regarding quality- and safety-relevant plant components
• Analysis and investigation of damage events to prevent future occurrences (Reliability Engineering)
• Supporting maintenance managers and technicians in maintaining equipment documentation, manuals, specifications, drawings, and other documents in paper and electronic form

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, mechanic, or equivalent qualifications
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in maintenance planning
• Further training as a maintenance technician with a Federal Certificate (advantageous) or technician
• LEAN qualification with proof of performance
• Broad-based expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics in an industrial production environment, preferably in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of legal requirements regarding safety and food hygiene
• Analytical and interconnected thinking
• Practical, solution-oriented, and proactive approach
• Team player, strong communication skills, and confident in negotiation
• High degree of independence, initiative, and resilience
• German (C1)
• English (B1)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
