We are strengthening our team! In this role as a technician, you have the opportunity to decisively support the Fire Safety customer service at the Bern branch.
What you achieve
- You ensure the smooth operation of our fire alarm systems and take on maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and expansions of existing systems.
- You install new fire alarm systems, commission them, and hand them over to our customers.
- You realise small, medium, and large projects from A to Z, working closely with project and service management.
- You work closely with the project manager, service manager, and electricians – teamwork is second nature to you.
- After your induction phase, you responsibly take on on-call duties.
- You inspire our customers with your commitment and ensure the highest satisfaction.
- Your main area of deployment is, depending on your place of residence, either in the Bern South region, including Emmental, Oberland, and Valais, or in the Bern North region. There you are our face on site.
What you bring
- With your technical basic training, e.g. as an Electrician EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ, or in a comparable technical profession, you bring the ideal foundation.
- You have know-how in low-voltage and building technology and enjoy working with modern technical systems.
- You are tech-savvy and confident in handling common PC applications.
- You think quickly, work flexibly and independently, and convince with your reliable working style.
- You enjoy being on the move and hold a category B driving licence.
- You are characterised by a strong customer, project, and service orientation.
