• You manage the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established quality standards
• You supervise the organization and coordination of tasks within your section
• You set priorities to ensure smooth service during banquet events
• You manage stocks and orders necessary for the proper functioning of your station
• You supervise compliance with hygiene and safety standards within your section
• You establish a clean and orderly work environment at the end of service
• You supervise and support Apprentices and Interns placed under your responsibility
• You ensure the proper execution of plating in accordance with the house requirements

• You have successful experience in gourmet or high-end hotel catering
• You handle various preparation, cooking, and plating techniques with ease
• You establish effective and positive communication with your team
• You supervise your station with rigor and attention to detail
• You manage stress and unforeseen events with dynamism and professionalism
• You demonstrate exemplary behavior and a sense of service in line with Palace values
