Then we have a suitable apprenticeship for you as a ICT Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) in the city of Zurich starting 1 August 2027.

YOUR ADVENTURE WITH US 🎓

During your apprenticeship you will learn…

• together with your team to install, set up and maintain devices such as computers or printers and thus contribute to a modern workplace
• to install and maintain applications on the devices (partly automated with Intune, PowerShell and other modern IT tools)
• to connect ICT devices to the network using network components
• to actively monitor ICT systems and resolve network disruptions
• to support our employees via hotline, ticket system and on site with computer problems as well as in handling ICT tools and to find solutions together with them (1st-level support)
• to ensure that everything runs smoothly and nothing gets stuck

THIS IS YOU 🚀

• Secondary school B or intermediate school leaving certificate. Must-have.
• Passion for working with notebooks, PCs/Macs, multimedia installations, cash register systems and other ICT devices – as well as for the technology behind them. Absolutely.
• Curious to get to know ICT devices and network components that are still unknown to you. Sounds cool!
• Patience and creativity to solve the ICT problems of our employees. Definitely.
• Fit in the digital world. For sure.
• Enjoy communication via various channels. Very much.
• Good English skills. Nice to have.
• Happy to be outdoors. Whether on foot, by bike, on any kind of board, skis or hanging on the rock – how you get around doesn’t matter. The main thing is you share the same vibe as us for the outdoor world.

In the branches in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Vevey and Winterthur, the two outlet branches as well as the station business Yosemite in Zermatt, there are over 42,000 products from around 550 brands. Should products ever be damaged, we take care of them in the repair workshop in Zurich Altstetten.
