The role
As an experienced Azure Cloud Architect, you help clients design, evolve and modernize cloud environments that deliver measurable business value. You define cloud strategies, guide architectural decisions and serve as a trusted advisor to technical teams and business stakeholders.
How you’ll make an impact

Shape platform and target architectures on Azure aligned with current technology trends to enable secure, scalable and compliant solutions.

Define modern landing zones, governance models and cloud operating concepts that create a strong foundation for sustainable cloud adoption.

Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into clear architectural decisions and actionable roadmaps.

Contribute hands-on by implementing cloud solutions using automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and observability to achieve operational excellence.

Lead complex migration and modernization initiatives in demanding environments while reducing delivery risk.

Coach engineers and promote engineering practices, knowledge sharing and collaboration across projects.
What’s important to us

Strong background in software engineering, architecture, and Azure cloud.

Expertise in automation, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD.

Broad knowledge of networking, cloud security, AI, observability, identity management, Microsoft 365, and Kubernetes.

Ability to engage stakeholders, translate business needs into practical solutions, and make holistic decisions across cost, risk, security, performance, and governance.

Azure certifications and knowledge of the Cloud Adoption Framework are a plus; additional AWS or GCP experience is welcome.

Fluency in German and English is required.
