Together with the team you ensure the preservation of value and the impeccable condition of our buildings, technical systems, premises and outdoor areas!

• You are the contact person for our tenants, employees and external partners
• Thanks to your watchful eye, you recognise the need for action early, carry out minor repairs yourself and coordinate maintenance, servicing and cleaning work
• You support moves, infrastructure projects and other special assignments related to our properties
• In the on-call and emergency service, you take responsibility and ensure a swift and appropriate response to technical incidents
• You are committed to safety and sustainability and actively contribute in the areas of fire protection, occupational safety as well as emergency and crisis organisation

• You have completed a vocational training in a craft - ideally in building services engineering or with further training as a caretaker
• You are very familiar with modern building services and building systems: you detect faults early and initiate the right measures
• As a practical and thoughtful person, you act in a solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in unexpected situations
• In contact with different stakeholders, you convince with your service-oriented, helpful and respectful manner
• You are flexible and willing to take responsibility in the on-call and emergency service
• Native German speaker, MS Office user skills and a category B driving licence complete your profile
