In our state-of-the-art Cargo Logistics Centre Rümlang, you are part of a 110-strong family. Close to the airport, you will find outstanding infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.

Your tasks

Independent scheduling of customer deliveries in the field of beverage logistics throughout Switzerland as well as part and full loads according to economic and ecological aspects
Central interface between sales, customers and driving personnel: ensuring smooth communication and optimal coordination
Personal customer support and competent advice by telephone
Leadership, deployment planning and support of driving personnel
Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
Handling various administrative tasks in daily business

Your profile

Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
Several years of professional experience as a transport dispatcher in Switzerland (mandatory), ideally in the field of general cargo
Willingness to work shifts (between 05:00 - 18:30)
High customer orientation, structured and efficient working style
Resilience, sense of responsibility and confident appearance in a dynamic environment
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
