We are looking for a Finance Specialist in our central services to start immediately / by arrangement. The position is initially limited to one year with the option of extension.
Your tasks
The position takes over the financial administration in the department's central services and has the following tasks:- Processing/account assignment of invoices
- Issuing debtor invoices
- Supporting management in quarterly, semi-annual, and annual closing tasks
- SAP evaluations
- Answering various inquiries/clarifications in the finance area
- Creating overviews and reports, controlling tasks
- Checking compliance with expense regulations
- Creating complex lists/tables
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ)
- Further training in finance is an advantage
- Confident German and English skills
- Good Excel and SAP skills
- Work experience in public administration or a university is an advantage
