The JUSupport department is the first point of contact for our clients' legal enquiries and supports the specialist teams in case management. 

Student / Legal Expert (m/f) JUSupport

Your tasks...

• Answering clients' telephone enquiries in all areas of law, particularly labour law, contract law, tenancy law, road traffic law, family law, and inheritance law
• Opening legal cases for subsequent assignment to case management teams
• Handling current administrative tasks
• Supporting the preparation of information sheets (Factsheets) and templates
• Managing legal cases of lesser complexity
   

Your profile...

• You are preparing for the bar exam, about to start a master's degree in law, or at the beginning of your studies and looking for an interesting part-time job opportunity alongside your studies
• You are able to provide initial telephone advice on legal matters
• You are an open and communicative person, with a strong customer and team orientation
• You have a quick learning ability, work efficiently and precisely even under pressure
• You are familiar with new media, digital technologies, and the Microsoft Office suite
• You have perfect command of the Italian language; knowledge of other languages (especially German and/or French) is an advantage
