Stump-BTE AG is a subsidiary of the Marti Group Solothurn. Our range of services includes the areas of groundwater and slope water, demanding exploratory drilling as well as the construction and regeneration of drinking and process water wells.

You will strengthen our team in the drilling sector by arrangement.

Foreman / Supervisor / Group Leader

• Independent organisation and practical work on construction sites under business management aspects in the competence of groundwater lowering and water retention
• Managing several construction sites simultaneously
• Supervisory tasks such as preparing measurements and reports for billing

• Completed foreman or supervisor school with potential for further training and willingness to learn
• Knowledge in civil engineering or specialised civil engineering desired, or willingness to acquire it
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, possibly SORBA)
