To strengthen our maintenance team at the Oberndorf a. N. (DE) location, we are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible, who ensures the support and development of our sales projects with technical know-how and initiative.
Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) 100% with Opportunity for a Management Role
What to expect from us:
- Independent support and development of sales projects in internal and external sales
- Temporary active support in the first two years in establishing a new location in NRW
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Technical advice to our customers in the areas of surface technology (hot-dip galvanising, powder and wet coating, etc.)
- Participation in the development and introduction of modern IT tools to support sales
- Close cooperation with production, engineering and management
- Market and competitor analyses as well as identification of new business potentials
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical training, ideally in the field of surface technology, coating, hot-dip galvanising or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales or a comparable function
- Proven leadership experience or clear ambition to take on leadership responsibility
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent, structured working style
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50% in the first 1–2 years)
- Confident appearance and ability to work in a team
