We offer professional services in the areas of maintenance, specialist, office and apartment cleaning as well as property management. Quality, reliability and customer proximity are our top priorities. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Head of Specialist Cleaning (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the specialist cleaning team
• Active participation in daily specialist cleaning assignments
• Planning, organisation and coordination of deployments
• Inspection and assessment of properties and customer enquiries
• Calculation of work effort, personnel, materials and machines
• Independent preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Personnel and deployment planning
• Organisation of required cleaning agents, machines and work equipment
• Instruction and technical support of employees
• Direct contact with customers, administrations and construction management
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Conducting quality controls and acceptance inspections
• Responsibility for efficient and economical order execution
• Control and maintenance of the machines and work equipment used

Our specialist cleaning services include in particular construction and post-construction cleaning, window and glass cleaning, handover and moving cleaning, deep cleaning, facade cleaning, as well as other specialist and special cleaning services.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in specialist cleaning
• Completed training in the cleaning industry is an advantage, for example building cleaner with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), or equivalent long-term professional experience
• Experience in a leadership role as head or team leader
• Sound practical knowledge of cleaning procedures, agents and machines
• Experience in calculation and preparation of quotations
• Ability to independently assess work effort as well as personnel, material and machine requirements
• Leadership skills and organisational talent
• Entrepreneurial and cost-conscious thinking
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of practical work and leading a team
• Confident and professional appearance towards customers
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
