For the Region AG - LU - BS - BL - BE – SO, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as a Service Technician Heat Pumps (m/f/div.) for our own brand Buderus.

Job Description

• You take care of the professional commissioning and repair work of heat pumps and Comfort-Clima.
• You perform careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards.
• You analyse and resolve faults – expertly, quickly, and independently.
• You advise customers on the ideal settings of the devices according to their personal needs.
• You inform system owners about the comprehensive benefits of Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You provide on-call service (standby) in coordination with the team.

Qualifications

• Training: EFZ qualification; preferably in electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive sectors, NIV-15 certification
• Personality and working style: reliable, self-responsible, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
• Experience: solid experience in the field of heat pumps
• Languages: confident German language skills
