Carpenter, Production Manager 100% – Leadership and Organisation in a Dynamic Environment
Responsibilities
- Leading the entire production team
- Coordinating schedules in collaboration with AVOR
- Representing the order coordinator
- Planning and monitoring machine maintenance
- Safety officer for occupational safety
- Supporting the procurement of stock items via the ERP system
- Time management and resource planning
Requirements
- Completed basic craft training, ideally Carpenter EFZ or Joiner EFZ
- Several years of experience in leadership positions
- Confident handling of IT systems
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- High flexibility, resilience and organisational skills
- Strong social competence and motivating leadership style
