Host/ Hostess for Trader Vic's (m/f/d)

For over 50 years, our international guests have been indulging in exotic drinks and Eurasian culinary delights at our world-famous Polynesian specialty restaurant Trader Vic's. To offer our guests the highest quality, we are looking to strengthen our kitchen team as soon as possible.

• Processing reservation requests from our guests, as well as creating reservation previews and correspondence
• Welcoming and receiving arriving guests
• Contact person for guest complaints as well as handling and, if necessary, forwarding them to the responsible restaurant management
• Responsible for maintaining the existing guest database of Trader Vic's and handling the reservation system Sevenrooms

• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
• Friendly, courteous, guest-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs
